The Problem Nobody Was Solving

Angela has always been the "crunchy" friend, the one reading labels, researching ingredients, and choosing thoughtfully long before it was trendy. Then she became a mom, and every choice felt bigger. When her daughter's skin began reacting like eczema at just a few months old, she did what she's always done. She started reading. Label after label, brand after brand, even the ones marketed as "natural." Again and again, she found ingredients she would never put on her daughter's skin. The product she needed didn't exist. So she stopped looking and started formulating.

The First Formula

It began in her kitchen, with one question and one baby. Angela turned to ancestral ingredients: tallow for animal nourishment, plants that heal, and botanicals slow-infused over weeks the way they have been for generations. That became Happy Baby Balm. Made for one baby. Hers. And when it worked, she knew it was too good to keep to herself.

A Leap of Faith

In 2024, Angela and her family left everything behind and moved to Wyoming, settling near Yellowstone, where the land is vast and the quiet is real. It was a leap, and they took it trusting the Lord. The slower pace, the open land, and the stillness gave Edenwild what it needed most: room to breathe. Out here, nothing is rushed, including the formulas.

Rooted in Something Real

Every formula still begins with the question that started it all: would we put this on our daughters' skin? That standard keeps leading Angela back to what existed long before the beauty industry. Grass-fed and finished suet tallow to nourish. Plants that heal, slow-infused over weeks. Wisdom passed down through generations.

She believes the Lord gave us the earth with everything we need. So Edenwild doesn't chase what's new. It returns to what's true.
