We take great care in preparing and packaging every order, and we want to be transparent about what to expect when you shop with us.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once your order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes—this includes updating shipping information, combining multiple orders, or adjusting items. Orders that have already shipped or are in transit cannot be modified.
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out immediately via our website chat. We’ll do our best to stop it before fulfillment, but once processing begins, we are unable to cancel or refund it.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
- Free U.S. Shipping on orders over $75Â (after discounts), shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Expedited shipping options (USPS Priority, UPS, DHL) are available at checkout, but they do not accelerate order processing time.

All orders include tracking and delivery confirmation. Please ensure your email is entered correctly at checkout.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses and U.S. territories, as well as to Canada.
Please note: Canadian customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
We aim to process and fulfill all orders within 3-4 business days (Monday–Friday). Transit times depend on the carrier selected and are not guaranteed, especially during holidays, weather events, or carrier delays.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@edenwildbeauty.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
MELT & FREEZE ADVISORY
Our formulas are made with natural butters, waxes, and oils, which may melt in warm temperatures or freeze in colder months.

If your product arrives melted, simply place it upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies.

If frozen, allow it to thaw at room temperature. The quality and integrity of the product will remain intact.
SHIPPING ACCURACY & RESPONSIBILITY
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Edenwild is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. We’ll provide tracking and carrier info so you can follow up directly with USPS, UPS, or DHL.
- If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

If a refund is preferred, shipping fees, restocking fees, and any rewards or discounts applied will be deducted from the refund.
