Exchange, Return & Store Credit Policy

We want you to love every Edenwild product. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns for Store Credit 

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of your delivery date. Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a gift card, processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@edenwildbeauty.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions from there.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Edenwild is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exclusions 

The following are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Bundles
  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or goes missing, please contact us within 30 days of your order date at hello@edenwildbeauty.com. We'll make it right.

After 30 days, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds, so please contact us promptly if there's a concern with your delivery.

Order Changes 

Once an order is placed and in processing, changes cannot be made. Subscription orders should be canceled at least 24 hours before the next scheduled charge.

For subscription orders, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge to avoid being billed.

Allergies & Reactions 

Full ingredient lists are provided on every product page. We encourage patch testing before full use. Edenwild is not responsible for allergic or adverse reactions.

Natural Variation 

Our products are small-batch and botanically derived. Natural variation in color, scent, and texture is expected and is not grounds for return.

Heat-Sensitive Products 

Tallow-based balms and creams may soften or melt in warm temperatures during shipping. This is not a defect. Place melted products upright in a cool area or refrigerator to resolidify. Refunds will not be issued for temperature-related changes.
